Curried Couscous


  • 1 1/2 cup Couscous
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 tsp Chicken Bullion 
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Raisins 

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix water, chicken bullion, curry powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and raisins in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. In a heat-proof bowl, add couscous. Pour contents of the sauce pan over couscous and cover with a plate or plastic wrap. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Fluff couscous with a fork to mix together.
